I know this blog has digressed into non-Sahaj a blog. So, I have decided to start a new blog, which will be launch tomorrow. For now, enjoy this clearing.
Firstly, one must do this technique ritual in a lying posture either on a bed keeping the head suspended which will allow the head to make a movement . The edge of bed is better to . So that while mixture is dripped head can be in a lower position than the rest of the body.
First slowly apply a few drops(may be one /two or three drops as it suits) into one of the nostril passage and then turn your head slowly as one sniffs in the Ghee camphor mixture either from left to right or right to left whatever. Then as one feels that the liquid has it has travelled in upward direction deep the into nostril passage may be some parts of it towards the Agnya part and some towards Vishuddhi part. One's head should be in such a suspended position that one must be able to move his head left to right suspended in air while sucking in the liquid. Then slowly liquid must be dripped into the second nostril passage after a minutes of pause from the first one . It gives time to settle. The same process is repeated by tilting the head left to right to allow the Ghee camphor to travel deep inside. Once done give a pause for a a few seconds or minute or two.
Then bend down at the ground near the altar.... it is good which will allow the liquid to get distributed .it is good to try to do a pranam gesture by touching your fontanel bone area with the ground level in pranam gesture. This will further allow the liquid to travel to the desired position . At times one may feel the pressure on forehead also. Please do not take a lot of these liquid drop as it may cause problem so take whatever you may endure and please please please switch off the fan while it is being done, as it may leave a problem of common cold unnecessarily after this practise.
This can be done after meditation during day time or before going to bed after taking a bandhan. So the gesture ritual is accentuated with the adequate surrender to cleanse the Hamsa by the grace of Shri Mataji as Shri Hamsa Chakra Swamini.
Good luck for a spiritual bliss.

Sorry, I don't know what's the proportion to mix for the ghee and camphor. It's better to buy ready-made than make ourselves. What I understand is, the camphor is not the normal camphor that we used to dhoop or do clearing. The camphor added is edible camphor.
