I have been missing in action for a month now.  Not busy, just more active on my other blog.  And also a little tired.  And also feeling that it's time to be detached and surrender about so many things.  So timely, especially at this point of time.   Just want to share some nice videos on YouTube for Navaratri.  It's a little late for now, considering it's the 8th day of Navaratri today. What a challenging Mother's Day was yesterday.  Both our moms are sick.  His being far away, and he can't do anything about it, except to give her a bandhan and surrender to the Lotus Feet of Shri Mataji.   Mine, I realised she has done so much for us.  When she is sick, we can't even do something back for her.  Well, I tried to take over her duties, I didn't make a mess out of it, but it wasn't as good as how she did it.  And her one-woman show, we need the whole household to do. Moms, what do we do without you? This Mother's Day, I want to thank Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, also known as Mrs Nirmala Srivastava, also our Spiritual Mother.  For those who doesn't know who she is, please read her short biography  here . This post is dedicated to my mom.  Well, I know you are not computer savvy, and most likely you will not be able to see this, and that's probably the reason why I have the courage to write it down here, instead of telling you about it, because we were brought up not to share our feelings so much, especially to people we are close with.  Anyway, you know how I feel. Thank you so much for taking care of me when I was hospitalised.  It makes me wonder, if you were not around, who else can look after me.  Thank you for the meals everyday.  Thank you for looking into our comforts. I know it's not easy being a mom and I guess you get the hang of it after so many years and I suppose mothering instinct came as soon as you had us.   We may not know what you feel all the time, but I am very sure you knew what we felt all the time. Anyway, I have chosen you as mom and I love you, mom!  You are the best!

Today is Shri Ganesha's Birthday, according to the Sahaj calendar 2010. I have posted a speech of Shri Mataji when She spoke on this day 2 years ago, so I won't post it again. Shri Mataji, please give me the innocence and wisdom of Shri Ganesha.
