Self-realisation Program at Buddhist Temple

In conjunction with Wesak Day (Shri Buddha's Birthday), a few of us went to a nearby Buddhist temple and set up a booth to give self-realisation (SR).  Thankfully, the person who rented the booth has allowed us to share it with them. We were there at 8am and found that there were already many people at the temple.  Most of them were rushing into the temple to join the morning prayers and overlooked our booth. As they finished their prayers and made their way out, we manage to attract some seekers. Those who received their realisation were really true seekers, some have been doing other kinds of yoga, some have been joining other kinds of meditation.   The last time I actually got involved with SR and talked to strangers about Sahaja Yoga were many years ago.  Since then, I got involved in singing at programs and spreading Sahaja Yoga through bhajans. But yesterday, it feels so great to get involve directly.  What pure joy it is to explain...

Shri Buddha Puja

We had such a beautiful and simple puja in Malaysia.  For those of us who didn't go to Thailand for the International Shri Buddha Puja, we didn't missed the fun at all. There were only about 80 people out of the usual 200+ people who came to the center on Saturday evening, 10 May 2014.  Due to the small amount of people, many people volunteered to help for the preparation of the puja, instead of the pre-arranged grouping.  It was very collective and joyful! As for the puja, we all felt stress-free, no pressure, very relaxing and full of joy and vibrations.  Talking about vibrations, it was so strong and our body absorbed it so much until we could not absorb anymore. The decorations were very simple and hassle-free.  The flower arrangements were just few but with super fragrant roses and lilies.  I wish I took photos of the puja stage, but at that time, our thoughts were to meditate more and to go deeper. The puja talk was Shri Buddha Puj...

Happy Sahasrara Day!!!!!

Thank You Shri Mataji for giving us our self-realisation, for awakening of our kundalini and for the opening of our Sahasrara! Yesterday it was Sahasrara Puja at the center.  We had a great puja and love and joy was felt throughout!  It is not necessary to be nasty to others, after all we are all brothers and sisters, all from the womb of the same Mother.  Guess some of us have forgotten about that and let ego drives our being. Let's remember this wonderful day and feel the love of our Mother within each one of us.

Stop reacting!

Innocence

"So many jokes are there about the children – how they behave, how they talk. And they are so innocent that they will tell everything to everyone. They have no way of hiding anything, it is very difficult. I know one joke: a gentleman came to the house for dinner. So the child was looking at him very intensely. And then he says: “Mother, he doesn’t eat like a horse, as you told me!” She laughs. So everybody was shocked, because he doesn’t eat like a horse. Mother must have told him: “He eats like a horse”. So he looked at him and thought: “He doesn’t eat like a horse!” See, they are so innocent sometimes, they say things by which you can get exposed completely. There are so many jokes about it. And if you write some books, writing the jokes of children, I tell you, people will just enjoy it. Because so innocently they say things, which are nothing but the truth. And they cannot tell lies. They are so truthful, that is the quality of   innocence . They never tell lies. “You...

Happy 15th No.2 Birthday to me!

8th April 1999 was the day I received my self-realisation.  Today is the 15th year since that awesome day.   For the past 15 years, it has been a joy-fulling self-discovery journey.  There were ups and downs.  But there are always joy around.  There is love and peace.  And best of all there are vibrations. Thank You Shri Mataji for giving me the best gift of my life.  You have always been there for me, taking good care of me and the people I love.  Your love is endless.  Your blessings are abundant.  Your compassion is overwhelming. Thank You for showing me what's love is all about.  Thank You for reminding me when I have ego.  Thank You for all the life lessons and tests that makes me appreciate life even more. I am grateful for all the people that You have send along this journey.  Some brought out the best in me, while some the worse.  Whatever it is, it was all for my own good. Last of all,...

Happy New Shalivahan Year and a Blessed Gudi Padwa!

Jai Shri Mataji to all Sahaja Yogis! Today is the first day of a new Shalivahan calendar.  Happy New Year to all!  Please enjoy the video embedded.  Great message from Shri Mataji! Today on the way to work, the traffic jam was the worst ever.  It wasn't moving and there is no alternative route to take.  I was going to react but my spirit took the better of me.  It's a New Year!  Do things which are good!   Instead, I took out my phone, searched YouTube and found the above video and watched the entire video while still stuck in jam.  Sometimes, some things happened for a reason.  It's good to be stuck.  I got the time to watch the video, without being reprimanded for being late because the bosses understand traffic jams. For those who are expecting liver diets recipe, sorry to say, the plan has been abandoned.  Haha!  Just eat a balance and diet and ice the liver. Instead, I will be posting more videos ...
