Wonders

Wow, almost 100,000 page view.  Thank you all for supporting and reading. Just a short blog post. Sharing with you that sometimes when we do bandhan and it is cool, it doesn't mean that it will happen the way we want it to be.  It will happened at Divine's discretion.  And this is what happened to me today. There was a little crisis at work.  An important document was carelessly sent out via normal post instead of courier services, by yours truly.  It was a wrong move on my side and I know I should not justify my action, but I was really out of my head last week, juggling between work and accommodating a guest.  Yeah, my attention was everywhere! The important document has a deadline for submission, which is tomorrow.  Although I sent out last Wednesday, I'd just found out that our mailing personnel was on leave Thursday and Friday and so the document was only sent out on this Monday.   The recipient of the document called me ...

The future is not ours to see...Que Sera Sera

It's been more than a month since I last wrote.  What should I write now? How about introspection, uncertainty, priorities, happiness and all the mumbo jumbo? Lately, lots of test to spiritual ascent, whether at work or at home. Coming to work, I realised that there are many unhappy people around us.  I have to say, most of my colleagues are unhappy at work and the bosses themselves are not a happy soul either.  So what happens is it affects the morality of the employees and the unhappiness has become toxic.  More and more employees are demotivated.  It's as if the more you work, the more educated you are, the higher you achieve in the management, the more you lost your ability to enjoy life, the more you are unable to love and the more you can't find happiness in anything you do. You cannot appreciate your self-realisation and sometimes can take it for granted until you see another non-realised person and you will see how fortunate you are to know the ...

To be Sahaja

No updates lately due to super-busy month at work and going on some roller-coaster ride.  Just when I was about to go back to my bad habit and start questioning 'Why me?', Shri Mataji came and guided me and sent me these messages: "Sahaja means… to be Sahaja means in… I can say how Tulsidas has said, “Jaise rakha hu taise hi rahu” (You keep me as You like). That kind of an attitude takes your attention inside – because outside it is let alone to the dogs. Let alone… we are not bothered about the outside part. As you people, I will be, in that manner… and you will be surprised everything clicks out very well. Even, somet imes, you might feel: “I should reach a certain place, I must have this Bhajan done, I must get these things done” and it’s not done sometimes. Sometimes by mistake something as you want is not done. You must accept it as the will of God. That is what He desires – it’s all right. That is the desire of God and now you are one with His desire. Yo...

A secret desire and a dream

First I will share about the dream.  It was a short dream. Shri Mataji was standing at the door of a room.  The room was dark and empty and only the lights from the door ajar brighten the room a little.  No furnishings.  At the corner on the opposite side of the room, there was a small box on the floor.    Credit to F ree Digital Photos The box had vivid colours on the side.  Each side have a different color.  Almost looks like the baby soft blocks that I am currently making, except no alphabet and and much bigger.   The box is also wooden or paper and it's hard.  It stands out in the room, because it is the only object lying there and so colorful in the dark room.   Shri Mataji told me to go into the room and to look inside the box.  I walked carefully and slowly (because the room was so dark), and when I reached the box to look inside it, my morning alarm rang and woke me up!!!! So, in the end, I d...

Anahat OK?

We do live in fear nowadays.  With so many rampant robberies, break-ins, snatch thieves, crimes, etc, etc, some of us are becoming more and more paranoid.  I didn't realised how paranoid we are until recently I have contracted a flu.  When I recovered from that, due to lots of phlegm in the throat that flows down to the chest, now I have developed a cough that sometimes seems like bronchitis, but I know it's not. Walking around with this cough let me see how people generally feel.  Of course we could check vibrations of that person to know which chakra is catching, but most of the time, we just don't do that unless we are so curious about that person or we want to help that person to heal.   Since this cough has make my heart chakra a little weak, when I go to places where people have a weak heart, I get a massive cough, so much so that it lingers on and cough non-stop.   Credit to Free Digital Photos As I walked into the CFO office one d...

Passing of another great soul

By now, I am sure everyone gets the news.  Sir Chandrika Prasad Srivastava had passed away peacefully on 22nd July 2013 at 7am in Italy.  He was 93 years old.   Sir CP as he was fondly known, had been a great supporter of Shri Mataji's work.  He is now in Shri Mataji's embrace and may Shri Adi Shakti grant this great soul peace and liberation. Rest in peace, Sir CP.

The wonders of salt water

Besides using salt water to footsoak every evening, salt water has other uses as well. Few days ago, my gums became swollen.  This happens regularly especially on the right side, at the back where the wisdom tooth is half out.  According to the dentist, that wisdom tooth has stopped growing but the position is horizontal instead of vertical.  It is slightly pushing the next tooth but doesn't cause any pain or sensitivity, so the dentist suggest to leave it alone. However, due to the weird position of that wisdom tooth, the gums around that tooth gets pushed and becomes a well, a perfect well for bacteria to grow.  So, I am extra careful and make sure no food stuff is left behind and brushed my teeth thoroughly, especially that area at the back. Unfortunately, once in a while, those pesky food stuff gets into the well and doesn't come out even through brushing and the next day the gums became swollen from bacteria infection. This is when antibiotics cam...

Do you have courage?

Many years ago, Shri Mataji came into my dream and She told me, "You have no courage." The dream was a pretty long one, and this quote was just part of it.  But it was such a deep dream and I woke up with these words in my mind. What is courage?  I searched the dictionary to find the meaning.  What does it mean I don't have courage?  So, I started to take this up as something that I really need to look into.   Many years gone by, and just when I thought I know the answer, these words kept on coming back to me.  In the end, I have to admit it, I have no courage.  That was Step 1 to a journey of self-discovery and introspection. "As I told you, there have been many great leaders and many great people who are remembered by many people.  Now what you should see –what made them so great?  Why (after) so many years, people still remember them?  I have given you the statue of Shivaji-Maharaj; now he was another soul – a great s...

Truth

In 1984, in the UK, Shri Mataji did a series of Public Programs on The Experience of Truth.  She explained in detail, what is truth, how to recognise truth, transformation from truth and finally, enjoyment of the bliss of truth.  Do look up the full speech to read more about it: 22 June 1984, 2 July 1984, 8 July 1984 and 10 July 1984. "If you want the truth, I'll tell you the truth:  Listen to the secret sound, the real sound, which is inside you."  - Kabir Who are the seekers of truth? "So when I talk that the seekers of  truth , and I bow to you, I mean to say people who will be honest about it. Those who are not honest, who are just clinging on to certain ideas, are fanatic and think that, “This is the  truth ”, then I cannot help you. I can just say that come inside, within yourself is placed the  truth  and just find it out for yourself because it is your own, it is within you. It is your own, it is within you. Only thing is that ...

Vibrate the air the Sahaj way

Few years back, I blogged about how to make your own fragrant vibrated water here . Now that the haze is back in Malaysia and the air quality is so poor that even inside the house, all I breath is smoke.  So, I did this. Have you heard of air purifier/revitalizer?  It was quite the 'in' thing few years back, but lately people preferred the ionizer instead. How this work is, the outside air gets absorbed into the water inside the air purifier and then in return the air purifier gives out fresh air.  Not sure exactly how well it worked.  But the room was definitely fresher and smells better. What I did was, I added vibrated water into the air purifier.  I added few drops of water-based perfume oil with the Khus fragrance into the water.  I bought this water-based perfume oil online, from a company in India.  The smell is so great and so soothing. And lo and behold, the whole room started to smell of Khus grass.  And we felt so re...

Connection with God

It's now between us and Shri Mataji.  Some of us seem to have lost the way, following the path of ego.  Some of us are distracted and going astray into the unknown.  Hearing more and more weird stories of people.  Before we start judging them, generalising this subject and assuming the worse, let's be reminded of Shri Mataji's words because in the end, it's just between you and Shri Mataji. "Main thing is your  connection  with the Divine, is only possible when you meditate and become thoughtlessly aware. That’s the point where Divine works, it helps you. It comes to your help in such way that you don’t know how you have achieved it. So thoughtless awareness is the first point all of you should achieve. Very important. After that, we can achieve something else, but the first step is thoughtless awareness. It’s very important to become thoughtlessly aware because then there are no thoughts coming from the left or right, from the (past) or the future. ...

Sahaja Yoga Marriages

What do I know about marriages?  I have only been married for 1 year and 9 months.  I don't have enough experience to talk about it.  But I do feel, before anyone decides to apply for Sahaj marriage, please read up about it.  Understand the meaning of it, the values of it and the sanctitty of a Sahaj marriage.   A marriage is sacred.  So far, my married life has been quite an interesting one.  Everyday, there is something  new.  If you asked me, yes, I have married my soul mate.  But I only found out about it much later, through this journey.  Marriage is a journey of discovery.  And it takes two to make it work.  And in our case, it takes two of us to meditate together twice daily to make it work. Here is a list of audio talks by Shri Mataji about marriages: 1. Marriage & Collectivity - 5 Dec 1980 2. Establishing the Marriage - 9 Aug 1981 3. Marriage is Meant to Give You Joy - 29 Nov 1981 4. T...
