Places that I would like to visit

Image
So far, I have visited quite a number of countries, not business trips, but as a tourist.  I love touring, watching sceneries, learning about the new culture of another country.  It's fun!  These are the countries I have visited thus far: 1. 1994 - Beijing, CHINA.  I was there for 3-4 weeks (can't remember now).  We had a relative who lived there, so accommodation was free.  We went to Summer Palace, Forbidden City, Great Wall of China and so many more places.   2. 1999 - HONG KONG, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, CHINA.  My mom and I and a few relatives took a tour.  It was like a rush hour tour, where everything happened so fast.  Just go to the tourist attraction, snap a photo and you are out of there.  Like that.  This was also the time that we went back to our ancestral land and visited some China relatives.   3. 2000 - Melbourne, Sydney, AUSTRALIA.  I was there for a month and stayed at a relative's house, so accommodation was free.  Food also was free when I was wi

Indian things....I like

In my wardrobe, I have more salwar kameez or punjabi suits and saris than my work clothes, dresses and pyjamas. I was introduced to Indian things after Sahaja Yoga. Why do I love them so much? 1. Sari is not an easy garment to wear but I wore it more than my cheongsams. 3. Indian house coats are the most comfortable piece of clothing that I have ever worn. It's 100% cotton. Although it is long and the colour usually runs when washed, it is still my preferred clothing over my pyjamas. 4. I have never enjoyed wearing bracelets or rings since young. But when I was introduced to Indian bangles and anklets and costume j

The festival of colours.   Wikipedia explained it well.  I have never participated in it, but would love to one day.   Image: smarnad / FreeDigitalPhotos.net Going through some rough patch.  Life is colourful right, we just need to move forward.  Stay on track and things will be good.  Need a lot of courage and support. Here's some positive notes: 1. I will try to post more photos on my blog to make it more colourful. 2. I have just changed a new template because this template allowed posts to be shared on FB.  Let's see whether it is good.  That's just one pro.  The cons are the links disappeared, the tags disappeared and Link Within disappeared.  Even the stats disappeared. 3. I will learn to blog more positive things, more about Sahaj, more about vibes and joy. 4. I am thinking to move my blog from Blogger to Wordpress platform but in the process, I might lose all my photos.  Wondering whether this is a good idea. So hopefully can s
